Shipping & Delivery
We take great care in harvesting our honey and pouring our candles. Because glass is heavy and fragile, we use extra padding to ensure your items arrive in one piece.
Processing Time: We are a small-scale producer. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Shipping Method: We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard) and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express).

Packaging: We use 100% recyclable or biodegradable packaging where possible. Please reuse or recycle your boxes and honeycomb paper!
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, different rules apply to honey and candles:
Honey & Food Products
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on honey unless the product is faulty or the tamper seal was damaged during transit.
Candles & Home Goods
For non-food items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unlit, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
Damaged or Broken Jars
We know how disappointing it is to receive a broken jar. If your order arrives damaged:
Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
Email us at info@ehtahoney.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the photo proof, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, and the standard returns policy above will apply.
