A spring honey harvested from our home apiary at the start of the season.

Pure, raw, micro-batch honey - collected in small quantities and gently extracted without heating to high temperatures, we lightly filter and bottle by hand. The result is honey exactly as the bees made it, which captures the fresh, floral character of early spring forage while preserving natural pollen and beneficial properties.

    Crystallisation is a natural process and may occur over time.

  • Storage

    Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. If crystallised, gently warm the jar in hot water to return it to a liquid state.
